Sacred Places

This is part of a 5 year, multiple country project. The purpose of which is to photo document sacred places from around the world. For this project I define sacred in 3 ways. 1- Places that are sacred because we deem them so. Like churches. 2-Places that are so naturally beautiful that they are sacred. Like the Grand Canyon. 3-Places that are sacred because of things that happened on them. Like the concentration camps in Europe or the killing fields in Cambodia.
